The Gower Kitchens Family 6 Mile Challenge

Starting off from Mytholmroyd Community Centre this 6 mile linear walk takes you out of Mytholmroyd town and up on top of the fabulous South Pennine hills.

The end-point of the Family Challenge is Baitings Dam where a checkpoint will be set up to register your completion. Transport will then be provided to take you back to Mytholmroyd community centre.

This is an ideal opportunity to get out and about with the family, why not pack a picnic and enjoy the views.

Or it maybe that this is the ideal challenge for you, anyone is welcome to take part!

For your safety the route will be marked and marshals positioned by main roads and tricky 'out of the way' junctions.

The entry fee to the Family Challenge is £5 for adults and £2.50 for children* or £15 for a family of 4.

Please note that should you wish to run any of the South Pennine Challenge courses, you must make the Foundation aware!
