Halifax Midi 25 mile Challenge

Starting off from Mytholmroyd Community Centre this 25 mile walk takes you out of Mytholmroyd town and up on top of the fabulous South Pennine hills.

The mid-point of the Southdale Midi Challenge is the White House Public House (*Grid Reference: 967 187) where a checkpoint will be set up to register your arrival and provide you with refreshments and basic first aid (if needed!).

From the White House Public House the second stretch eventually leads you to the Todmorden High School. A checkpoint will be set up to acknowledge your completion of the Midi Challenge and provide much needed refreshment and possibly the odd plaster or two! Transport will be provided to get you back down to the start where you will be presented with a medal, t-shirt and certificate for your efforts.

For your safety the route will be marked and marshals positioned by main roads and tricky 'out of the way' junctions.

The entry fee to the Halifax Midi Challenge is £20.
